What is an NFL Teammate?

The Teammate program provides opportunities to work NFL tentpole events and to support a positive experience for fans who attend the NFL Draft. NFL Draft Teammate positions are temporary paid positions supporting the 2025 NFL Draft Experience, which is an interactive football experience located in Titletown and throughout Lambeau Field. The NFL Draft Experience is open to the public from Thursday, April 24, 2025 — Saturday, April 26, 2025.

Teammates help promote a fun and inclusive environment of fan engagement by fulfilling a variety of League and team roles. Roles include Fan Services, Wayfinding, Activations Support, Sustainability, and more!

Teammate positions may require some individuals to be on their feet for more than five (5) consecutive hours; however, certain positions will have an opportunity to sit during their shift. Teammates may need to walk a mile (from the entrance of Titletown and throughout Lambeau Field). Reasonable accommodations to any of these requirements will be considered for Teammates who have a qualifying reason, disability, or medical condition. Mobility services will be available for those requiring assistance.

NFL Teammates will be required to register for a position*, complete a minimum of three 7-hour shifts (credited for 8 hours), and will be paid $18 per hour. There will be 1000+ open positions over the course of the three-day event.  Each Draft Day will have two shifts, “Shift 1” (Morning) and “Shift 2” (Afternoon/Evening).

* NOTE: Parking will be provided onsite *

When registering, please be sure to include your mode of transportation for your shift
